What once was a two-storey charming detached home is now a modern and narrow triplex, which also includes a laneway suite / studio. Taking advantage of the east and west sun exposure, large doors flank each end of the third level. A cathedral ceiling provides soaring heights along the central spine of the entertaining floor, which leads the eye to a large outdoor terrace overlooking the quirky alley.
